Czech Radio (ČRo) is a public institution operating radio broadcasting nationwide in the Czech Republic. It was established in 1992 by the Act on Czech Radio, which sets out the framework for its operation, including the performance of public service tasks in the field of radio broadcasting and the method of financing. As a medium of public service, it aims to provide all citizens with access to information, culture, education and entertainment.

Czech Radio Radiožurnál - focused on current news and journalism
Czech Radio Dvojka - broadcasts practically all types of programs - entertaining, educational, historical, musical, as well as science programs, sequel readings and radio games.
Czech Radio Vltava - The program structure is dominated by programs with classical music, both older and contemporary (around 40% of the broadcast time on weekdays). Furthermore, jazz and alternative music (Jazz Evening, Tea Room), literary programs (sequel reading, radio plays) and cultural journalism (Mosaic, Spectrum) are all significantly represented - all for approximately 15% of the broadcast time.
Czech Radio Plus - focused on analytical journalism
Czech Radio Radio Wave - for young and young-minded listeners. The station is dedicated to modern music genres and is interested in current cultural and social events
Czech Radio in D major - focused on classical music from the Renaissance to contemporary art of the 21st century
Czech Radio Jazz - focused on jazz music
