The Besední House is one of the most important buildings in Brno's architecture. It was built in the years 1870–1873 as part of a newly built roundabout. The author of the historic Neo-Renaissance building was the architect Theophil von Hansen.
The pride of the Besední House is the Neo-Renaissance hall (after renovation in its original stylish form), which the Brno Philharmonic offers for short-term rent. The hall for 473 visitors is a popular place for concerts, music festivals, competitions, balls, fashion shows, conferences, corporate meetings and wedding receptions. However, those interested can also rent other representative spaces - a hall, a foyer, a director's lounge or a glazier's office for occasional events such as exhibitions, discussions, choir rehearsals, etc.
The Besední dům building can accommodate a maximum of 550 guests. There are 480 chairs and 85 tables, practice cables, choir levels, music stands, microphones, etc. The stage can be extended in depth.

Janáček Theater - Rooseveltova 1, Brno, was built in 1961-65, but its history dates back to the very beginnings of the National Theater in Brno - and is the history of many years of efforts to build a separate representative building of the Czech theater, searching for space, resources and architectural solution. The monumental building, partly surrounded by a city park, bearing the hallmarks of traditionalism, intended primarily for large opera and ballet performances of classical and modern repertoire, was inaugurated on October 2, 1965. The auditorium is arranged as a stepped amphitheater.
The capacity of the theater hall is 1155 seats, the hall can be adapted for conferences, ceremonial meetings and concerts. The premises of the foyer and the first floor can also serve as a place for festive toasts, banquets and concerts that do not require acoustics. On the first floor of the theater there are exhibition spaces, as well as two lounges - the director's and the mayor's. It is also possible to arrange catering services.
