The world-famous concert hall has been the home stage of the Czech Philharmonic since the orchestra’s very first public performance on 4 January 1896, when it played here under the baton of Antonín Dvořák. The hall served its purpose until 1918 when a decision was taken to convert it into a plenary room for the new Czechoslovak parliament. Concert activities returned to Dvořák Hall in 1940–1942 under the project of architects Antonín Engel and Bohumír Kozák. Since then the hall has not seen any significant changes. Its central element is the organ, built according to Zítek’s and Schulz’s plans by Wilhelm Sauer from Frankfurt an die Oder.

The club is situated in Prague’s Žižkov district, close to Florenc metro station (line B), and right by the “Tachovské náměstí” bus stop. The space has been completely reconstructed, complete with non-slip floors and a Function-One sound system, and is fully set up with all the most modern equipment.
Storm is a multi-genre club and as it’s so closely linked to the Let It Roll festival, weekends will belong primarily to electronic dance music. During the week, it will be a venue for concerts. There will be plenty of big names from the Czech and international scenes. Take a look at the program.
There are two stages at your disposal plus plentiful seating in the main hall and at the second stage and in the chill-out area where you can hang out peacefully with friends.

The jewel of the Břevnov monastery is the Theresian Hall with a remarkable ceiling fresco by the Miracle of Blessed Vintir. The name was given to Maria Theresa when she visited the monastery in 1753. The hall stands out with its festive atmosphere and friendly acoustics. The windows offer a refreshing view of the monastery gardens, the rich decoration is a temptation for the eyes, but the earthy colors provide a feeling of comfort.
The Theresian Hall deserves the sound of chamber ensembles, especially the softness of wooden wind instruments or the soft color of the tones of the piano or its predecessors. The tranquility of the monastery and at the same time the pomp of Baroque construction enhances every moment spent here in a festive event.
