Atmospheric folk death, black, black death, blackened pagan, black punk, dark, death, death doom, death thrash, doom, electronic industrial, thrash,... styles nicely alphabetized. The common denominator is extreme metal, which we will serve in these forms at ETEF 2020.
ETEF is a living community, no blind shots. We have almost zero record of changes in festival lineup. What you see on the poster is what you see and hear onstage in the summer. We don't hunt "extra-league" headliners. These belong to Brutals, Wackens and similar "Hellfests." However, an exciting lineup of bands that can perform qualitatively in even the toughest competition is already guaranteed…

Metalfest in Pilsen is has become a highly respected metal tradition. The fans came to favour the festival not only for its great musical dramaturgy of many genres of metal but also for its unique natural environment in which it takes place. Pop Messe is a music festival that follows up on Brno’s trade fair tradition as well as focus on education, new technology and innovation. The line-up is primarily (not only though) young, multi-genre music that goes beyond the established concept of POP. The two day long event will take place between the 24th and 25th of July in Brno’s football stadium and Bobycentrum. Pop Messe’s ambition is to become a unique cultural platform with high artistic potential in a dynamic South Moravian metropolis.
