Mácháč is one of the most important dance open air festivals in the Czech Republic.
The magic combination of nature, dance music and beautiful scenery on the shore of Macha Lake with a sandy beach is exactly what makes the festival unique atmosphere and soon became the most visited event of electronic dance music in the Czech Republic. At the same time, we are the only festival that has a main stage located directly on the water.
The first year of the festival took place in 1999 and over 250 000 visitors have visited it throughout its history. During these years, stars like Tiësto, Hardwell, Armin van Buuren, Axwell, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, W&W, Dada Life, Carl Cox, Paul van Dyk, Ferry Corsten and many others have alternated here at sunrise and sunset.

Masters of Rock is a large heavy metal festival in the Czech Republic.[1] The main styles represented on this festival are power, speed and heavy metal, though the production tries to make the fest more open for other rock and metal styles as progressive rock/metal, hardcore, death metal or even ska. It takes place in Vizovice, Czech Republic and in the past has featured bands such as Tarja Turunen, Manowar, Sweet, Twisted Sister, HammerFall, Stratovarius, Helloween, Gamma Ray, Nightwish, Rhapsody of Fire, Kreator, Edguy, Rage, Apocalyptica, Within Temptation, Children of Bodom, Avantasia, Accept, Dream Theater, Sebastian Bach, Behemoth, Amon Amarth and many more. The 2005 attendance was over 20,000, the 2006 one over 25,000 and finally the 2007 was over 30,000. The festival is held every summer and the Winter morphosis takes place in November in the town of Zlín. Since 2010 the main stage of summer festival is named after Ronnie James Dio, who died earlier that year.

Metalfest in Pilsen is has become a highly respected metal tradition. The fans came to favour the festival not only for its great musical dramaturgy of many genres of metal but also for its unique natural environment in which it takes place. The beautiful amphitheatre in Lochotín, where you can see from any place beautifully on the podium, surrounded by a park and meadows, adjacent to the Pilsen ZOO, all just a short walk from the centre of the West Bohemian metropolis of Pilsen. In the 30 years of its existence, the festival has become one of the three largest classical festivals in the Czech Republic, offering 550 concerts and performances, during which more than 13,000 artists from 40 countries performed.

This summer show offers 4 weeks of music from the 15th to the 21st century with international classical / crossover stars in unique places in the city with a real genius loci.

The Olomouc International Organ Festival was established in 1969 and takes place every year in September in the Church of St. Mořice.
The founder of the festival was prof. Antonín Schindler (1925 - 2010), who worked as an organist in the church of St. Mořice. Here he had at his disposal a unique instrument by Michael Engler from 1745, which was, however, considerably dilapidated. On the initiative of prof. Schindler's organ was generally repaired and expanded, and it was this reconstruction that prompted the establishment of an organ festival with an international level.
The Olomouc International Organ Festival has become a household name in the organ world, and its quality and level are evidenced by a number of the world's top organists who have performed at the festival. The festival is organized by the Moravian Philharmonic Olomouc.
